Decision time

An eighteen-year-old girl tells her Mom that she has missed her
period for two months. Very worried, the mother goes to the
drugstore and buys a pregnancy kit. The test result shows that the
girl is pregnant.

Shouting, cursing, crying, the mother says, "Who was the pig that
did this to you? I want to know!"

The girl picks up the phone and makes a call. Half an hour later a
Ferrari stops in front of their house; a mature and distinguished
man with gray hair and impeccably dressed in a very expensive suit
steps out of it and enters the house.

He sits in the living room with the father, the mother and the
girl, and tells them: "Good morning, your daughter has informed me
of the problem. However, I can't marry her because of my personal
family situation, but I'll take charge. If a girl is born I will
bequeath her 2 retail stores, a townhouse, a beach villa and a
$1,000,000 bank account. If a boy is born, my legacy will be a
couple of factories and a $2,000,000 bank account. If it is twins,
a factory and $1,000,000 each. However, if there is a miscarriage,
what do you suggest I do?"

At this point, the father, who had remained silent, places a hand
firmly on the man's shoulder and tells him, "You'll try again!"

After chatting with Genyze, I met her at Robinson Galleria (Friday Night) and give her advance Christmas gift for Miszha (her baby) and some products from our company. And treated her for dinner.
Picture was taken at the bus when we’re on our way to home.

Health Benefits

Maybe I am a type of guy who is really conscious about health. If I feel that I’m gaining weights I am so worried about it. So, part of my weekly routine are running and walking around Circle or UP Campus.

Here's my research regarding the benefits of walking and running:

You may be surprised to learn that brisk walking can be almost as challenging as jogging. Here's why. When you walk at speeds faster than 3.1 mph, your stride length naturally increases (you don't necessarily want it to for efficiency but inevitably it happens). Lengthening your stride is inefficient because it requires additional energy to move your legs forward, which in turn requires more arm and torso movement, which leads to increased torso and hip rotation, which amounts to higher aerobic demands and more calorie-burning. This has been confirmed in the laboratory. The research shows that at maximal levels of exertion, oxygen consumption (the bottom line to cardiorespiratory fitness) is only slightly lower for racewalkers than it is for runners, and at submaximal or moderate-intense levels of exercise, oxygen consumption levels between race walkers and runners are almost equal. Racewalkers can reach speeds as high as 9 mph!

Cardiorespiratory fitness (aerobic fitness or "cardio") is the ability of your heart to pump stronger and more efficiently and your muscles to use oxygen more efficiently. As you get more aerobically fit, your heart will pump more blood and oxygen with each beat (this is called "stroke volume") and your muscles will extract (or consume) more oxygen. For instance, if you have 100 oxygen molecules floating around in your bloodstream, a conditioned muscle might consume 75 molecules, whereas a deconditioned muscle might only consume 30, or even fewer than that. In fact, elite distance runners can be as much as three times more efficient at consuming oxygen than sedentary individuals. Running improves your aerobic fitness by increasing the activity of enzymes and hormones that stimulate the muscles and the heart to work more efficiently.

Just for Laugh

A Filipino is having breakfast in a hotel in France one morning, coffee, croissants, bread, butter & jam when an American, chewing a gum, sits down next to him.

The Pinoy ignores the Kano who, nevertheless, starts a conversation:

Kano: "You Filipinos eat the whole bread??"
Pinoy (nayayabangan sa Kano): "Of course."
Kano: (after blowing a huge bubble) "We don't. In America, we only eat what's inside. The crusts we collect in a container, recycle it, transform them into croissants and sell them to the Philippines."

The American has a smirk on his face. The Pinoy listens in silence. Still The American persists.

Kano: "Do you eat jelly with the bread??"
Pinoy: "Of Course."
Kano: (cracking his gum between his teeth and chuckling). "We don't. In America we eat fresh fruits for breakfast, then we put all the peels, seeds, and leftovers in containers, recycle them, transform theminto jam and sell the jam to the Philippines."

Pinoy:(asar na talaga) asks: "Do you've sex in America?"
Kano:"Why of course we do."
Pinoy:(now smirking): "And what do you do with the condoms once you've used them?"
Kano: (a bit puzzled): "We throw them away, of course."
Pinoy: "We don't. In my beloved Philippines, we put them in a container, recycle them, melt them into chewing gum and sell them to America...

***

Christmas means spending time with those you love and who love you. Laughing and spending time with your family and friends but the most important of all is celebrating the birth of our Savior. It's about enjoying the time you have on this Earth. And it's about forgetting those bad feelings you might have about someone and forgive what he or she has done to you. It is also for sharing the blessings to one another and thankful for everything, and giving not receiving. This is what Christmas means to me… How about you? What Christmas means to you?

Pasko Na Sinta Ko
By: Mark "Marco Paolo" Paulines

Upang pagsaluhan natin
Ang himig at ang lamig ng Kapaskuhan.
Maligayang Pasko po sa ating lahat!!!

Adik

Anyway, adik because right now parang na-aadik ako sa pagkuha ng mga pictures. Everytime, I go to some places I'll make it sure na dala ko ang digicam ng ka-opisina ko. It's like savoring the moment na andito pa ang digicam niya sa mga kamay ko sapagkat once na kukunin na niya ito, hmmm, wala na akong libangan. Pinag-iisipan ko nga until now if what should I buy for my 13months pay, is it laptop or digicam? hmmm isip-isip... But anyway, it depends on my pocket!

Dahil nga na-aadik ako sa pagkuha ng mga pictures, just take a look at this:

James Yap

Hmmm… I know what’s in your mind, you’re thinking na kasalukuyan kong na-experience ito? It’s a big NO! NO! NO!

Anyway, this is just an opinion for what I've seen on the television.

Siguro masasabi kong, it’s a BAD KARMA for him.

Solo Flight
