The Past


Don't dwell on past mistakes...
leave yesterday behind you...
along with any of its problems, worries and doubts.
Do realize that you can't change the past,
but just ahead is the future...
And you can do something about that.

    true indeed--- I sometimes have some problem with this and so I realize that it's difficult to be happy if you dont kinow how to let go of the past---I guess the best thing to do is learn what you have to learn from it without dwelling in it......
